Exness In-App Calling: A new way to contact support from the app
Reaching support should be simple. No searching for the right phone number, working through a phone menu, or wondering whether an incoming call is really from Exness.
That’s why we’ve introduced Exness In-App Calling: a direct way for eligible clients to speak with Exness Support or their Account Manager from their Personal Area.
As Melody Galvez, Exness Product Manager, explains, “Listening and speaking to our clients is an important part of the Exness ethos. Whether it’s to help solve their problems or offer better insight to improve their trading experience, we want In-App Calling to make the calling experience as smooth and efficient as possible.”
What is Exness In-App Calling?
In-App Calling adds call functionality directly into your Exness experience.
If the feature is available to you, you can call Exness Support or your dedicated Account Manager from the Support Hub in your Personal Area, on web or mobile. There’s no need to use a separate calling app or look for an external phone number.
Your Relationship Manager can also call you directly through the Exness Trade app. You’ll be asked for your permission before we do this. And then when they do, the call appears as a normal incoming call that you can accept or decline.
A simpler way to get support
Because you’re already logged in when you make a call from your Personal Area, your account is identified automatically.
That means less time spent confirming who you are and a more direct route to the support you need.
Adding a call feature to Exness also gives us greater control over the experience, helping reduce reliance on external calling services and provide more consistent access across different markets.
More confidence when Exness calls you
In-App Calling also makes it easier to recognize genuine calls from Exness.
When your Account Manager contacts you through the Exness Trade app, the call takes place within the Exness environment rather than through an unfamiliar external number.
This gives you an additional way to verify that the call is genuinely from Exness, which is particularly useful as impersonation and fraudulent support calls are common across the financial industry.
How to call Exness from your Personal Area
If In-App Calling is available on your account:
- Open the Support Hub Log in to your Personal Area on web or mobile, and go to the Support Hub.
- Choose how to contact us Select Contact us, then tap Call us.
- Allow microphone access If prompted, allow access to your microphone and speaker so the call can connect.
You can then speak directly with the Exness Support team from your Personal Area.
If your Account Manager calls you, just make sure notifications and microphone permissions are enabled for the Exness Trade app. Their call will appear directly in the app, where you can accept or decline it.
Support, now closer to where you trade
In-App Calling keeps another part of your Exness experience in one place.
Whether you need help from support or want to speak with your Account Manager, you can connect directly through your Personal Area without switching services or searching for a number. Clients can see the option available in their Support Hub.
